Our Terms
Making a booking Reservations can be made by telephone, online or email. If emailing please include the following details: your full name, a contact telephone number, arrival date, departure date, number of guests, number of rooms required and the type of room(s) required (e.g. twin/double or single occupancy). We will normally contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking on receipt of your email. When we confirm your booking we require a valid credit or debit card number or pre-payment of the first night’s accommodation rate which constitutes a binding agreement which is subject to our terms.Payment Cash, cheques and most major credit*/debit cards are acceptable as payment. Your account balance is payable on departure. *2.5% surcharge for payment by credit card.Cancellation Policy Rooms cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the total amount at our discretion, unless we are able to re-let the room(s). Successful re-letting will result in no charge. No shows will constitute cancellation and will therefore be chargeable. We endeavour never to have to cancel a booking, but should it become necessary for reasons beyond our control we will make every effort to offer alternative accommodation. If this is not possible or acceptable to you all money paid by you will be refunded. |
Checking in and out You can check in any time after 16:00hrs up tp 20:00hrs on your day of arrival and we ask that you leave no later than 10:30hrs on departure. However these times are flexible, so please discuss any other preference outside these times when booking.Damage and Breakages We would kindly ask you take good care of our home during your stay and politely inform you that any damage or breakages caused by you or a member of your party are liable to be paid for. Please report these as soon as possible so as they may be rectified. This will enable us to maintain our high standards. Liability
Our on-site guest parking is at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any loss of personal possessions by you or any member of your party while staying at Liongate House.ChildrenĀ Children are always welcome and a single divan and/or cot and a highchair are available.PetsĀ Pets are not permitted in any of our rooms or public areas.Smoking Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building but should you wish to smoke you are welcome to use our garden for this purpose and we will provide an ashtray. |
